We write today to announce the launch of a Working Group on Scholarly Content and Generative AI that will advise the Institute on best practices for community members and units using scholarly content to train generative AI (GenAI) models.
The Research website will be offline for 1-2 hours for planned maintenance, beginning at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026. Please plan accordingly. Other applications (KC, Research@MIT, etc) will still be available.
