Clearing Customs in the Destination Country
The best source for information about what clearances the destination country may require is usually someone in that country. Your recipient may know, or may have access to knowledgeable resources.
It may be helpful for the recipient to line up a customs broker to clear the shipment through Customs in the destination country. You'll need to designate this broker in the shipping paperwork.
